Join BAPA and help clean up a park, train station or public space near you on Chicago clean and green spring clean-up day. We have supplies including rakes and bags, plus T-shirts for every registered volunteer! Please form a team and help us make our little corner of the world cleaner and more beautiful!

This event is all about honoring the historic architecture and charm of our Village in the City. Tour private homes located in the heart of the Ridge Historic District and nestled among the hills of Beverly/Morgan Park.

Some 3,000 athletes from around Chicagoland compete in BAPA’s Ridge Run, Chicago’s oldest neighborhood 10K race. Running events include: 10K run, 5K run/walk, 10K/5K Challenge, and Youth Mile. Races start and finish at Ridge Park, 9625 S. Longwood Dr.

Chicago’s oldest Memorial Day Parade immediately follows the Ridge Run. Everyone is welcome to join BAPA in honoring the true meaning of Memorial Day by remembering the men and women who have given their lives in the U.S. armed services to protect our freedom as Americans.

4 Summer Concerts through the Beverly Hills/Morgan Park Neighborhood
Beverly Hills/Morgan Park is home to many talented musicians and even more people who appreciate good music. The BAPA Porch Concert Series brings a variety of music to front porches throughout the community.

Inspired by the exceptional beauty of our community, BAPA’s Beverly/Morgan Park Garden Walk showcases exceptional private gardens and public spaces. Each garden location is distinctive for its style, variety of plantings, and unique beauty.
Enjoy food and beverage tastings, demonstrations, and entertainment along the walk. You’ll also be inspired by the hard work, creative vision and delight shared by the featured gardeners.

Take a stroll through the 99th Street and 103rd Street shopping districts to see what’s trending and who’s spending at the annual Sip & Shop. The shops always pull out the stops for a great evening! Shoppers are treated to debuts of fall clothing and jewelry lines. They’ll enjoy food and drink tastings, as well as some fun demonstrations.
