New Neighbors: Lauren and Walter Scott

New Neighbors: Lauren and Walter Scott

Welcome to the neighborhood, Lauren and Walter Scott! The Scotts have lived in Beverly/Morgan Park for exactly one year, moving to the area from the Loop.

Lauren and Walter heard about this neighborhood from friends who grew up here. The couple was looking for an area that would recreate the hometown feel they experienced before arriving in Chicago. Lauren is from Grand Rapids, Mich. and Walter is from Cleveland, Ohio. Beverly/Morgan Park fulfilled that hometown feeling they were looking for.

Lauren is an Operations Director at DaVita who loves to cook, play tennis, and listen to the Blues. Walter is a vice president at William Blair, who loves eating whatever Lauren cooks and burning off the calories by participating in CrossFit and cycling.

When they’re not walking in the neighborhood and meeting their new neighbors, riding bikes or playing tennis, the Scotts can be found enjoying a beverage at Wild Blossom Meadery.
