Sip your way along the Margarita Mile this summer! Ten locations on a mile-long stretch of South Western Avenue will be mixing artisanal margaritas July 1 – Sept. 2 for this special promotion. Joining them are Barraco’s at 2105 W. 95th St. and Chicago’s only meadery, Wild Blossom, at 9030 S. Hermitage Ave.

Rules

  • Pick up a passport at a participating location, or download a copy on this page to print yourself.
  • Enjoy a margarita along the Margarita Mile and get a sticker for your ‘passport.’
  • Post a drink photo to social media, tagging MPBHBA, BAPA, & the restaurant/bar for an entry in our weekly $25 gift card raffle!
  • Visit four of the 12 locations to fill your passport, and add your contact information.
  • Return your completed passport* to BAPA at 1744 W. 99th St., Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm. Or call 773-233-3100 for other arrangements.
  • Receive a raffle entry** (one per completed passport) for one of three fabulous gift baskets!

In its fourth year, the Western Avenue Margarita Mile gives local establishments an opportunity to be creative and shine by offering artisanal cocktails like those associated with fine dining downtown. It also reflects the strong sense of community and pride on the far South side of Chicago.

* A filled passport includes one sticker from four of the participating businesses.
