North Beverly neighbors can make an immediate difference in their community by volunteering for the Maggie Cosme PAC Pitch In For The Parks event. Sat., Aug. 16, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. This is a great opportunity for residents to team up to beautify Maggie Cosme Park (the PAC will provide gloves, bags, and masks), then cool down with Yoga in the Park.

Park 581 – The Prairie
The next meeting of the Park 581 Park Advisory Council (PAC) will be held on Tues., Aug. 8, 6:30 p.m., Kennedy Park Fieldhouse, 11320 S. Western. PAC 581 will be celebrating its second year as a PAC, and working with the new park supervisor, Rebecca Regalado who joined the PAC for the park cleanup following the July 4 fireworks.
The PAC invites neighbors to make a donation in any amount to celebrate its second anniversary. Make checks payable to PARK 581 PAC and drop off at Kennedy Park. Any amount is appreciated, no amount is ever too small, even $2 to mark the anniversary will be memorable.
