Beverly/Morgan Park resident and owner of Beverly Cabinets and Construction, Tom O’Neill, will be the featured speaker at the next installment of BAPA’s Historic Preservation program, the Old House Lecture Series. The event will take place at the Paul and Jean Harris House, otherwise known as the Rotary House, located at 10856 S. Longwood Drive. It will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m.
The lecture will discuss the permit process for anyone planning to do a home renovation or restoration project and the historic district considerations.
BAPA will also discuss ideas and strategies that we can work on to celebrate, educate and advocate for our historic housing in Beverly/Morgan Park.
