Maggie Cosme PAC  

Maggie Cosme PAC is hosting a community forum to discuss playground equipment renovations for Cosme Park, 91st and Longwood Drive. Bring your ideas and opinions: Thurs., Feb. 9, 7 p.m., Ridge Park fieldhouse, 9625 S. Longwood Dr. All are invited.  

 

Park 581 PAC 

Park 581, 116th and Oakley Avenue, created a new PAC logo to use until Park 581 is officially renamed. The logo shows that the park in in the heart of the community is serves. The PAC continues to work on goals set in 2022 and that include getting a lighted walking path around the park as well as a water source for a garden, and to have the field leveled for playing sports. The PAC has applied for grants to help fund the improvements, and they are also accepting donations from community members. For donation information, visit www.flowcode.com/page/park581prairiepac
