Saturday, September 14, 10am-1pm CHAS, 3857 W. 111th St., will be hosting a Pet Extravaganza for responsible pet ownership featuring a low cost vaccine clinic!
Open to the first 100 pets of city of Chicago residents, all pets over 4 months MUST have current rabies vaccination and a current dog license or will be required to purchase one at the time of the clinic (proof needed). All dogs MUST be on a leash or in a carrier, all cats MUST be in a carrier. Pets requiring muzzles MUST be muzzled at the event. You must be able to handle your pet around other animals.

Fees: $7 for DA2PPL and FVRP vaccinations, $15 for rabies vaccination, $15 for Micro-chipping, $5 for Dog Registration (neutered dog) or $50 (un-neutered dog)
