The Huber Marionettes will perform “Suspended Animation” three enchanting times at the Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th St., Chicago as part of the Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival.
Performances Fri., Jan. 25, 7 p.m., Sat., Jan. 26, 11 a.m., and Sun., Jan. 27, 2 p.m. feature Phillip Huber, an internationally recognized “artist with marionettes” most widely known for his work in the Academy Award-nominated film “Being John Malkovich.” Huber also worked his puppetry magic in “China Girl” in the Disney film “Oz the Great and Powerful,” and in many other artistic and theatrical productions internationally.
