New Material & Venue for ‘Accidental Organist’

An updated version of local author/actor/musician David Boyle’s 2010 solo show “An Accidental Organist” will be performed Thurs., June 23 and Sat., June 25, 7:30 p.m., BAPA Community Room, 11109 S. Longwood Dr. The show features about 80 percent new material. With nearly 25 years of experience as a church musician, Boyle shares the sometimes hilarious, sometimes poignant moments he witnesses on the job in a show the Chicago Reader theatre critic Tony Adler called a “…well wrought mix of wit, cussedness, close observation and earned emotion…”  $12 online or $15 at door.
