The Beverly Improvement Association invites all North Beverly residents to partake in the 4th Annual Community Garage Sale by hosting a garage sale at their homes, Sat., Sept. 15, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. BIA will promote the event, obtain the required City of Chicago garage sale permits, and distribute maps and a balloon to participating households. $5 for members/$10 for non-members.
