Small business owners and entrepreneurs interested in opening a business are encouraged to attend Business and Breakfast: How to Start Your New Business, a one hour workshop they can help lay the groundwork for success, Wed., Apr. 5, 8:30 a.m., BAPA Community Room, 11109 S. Longwood Dr.
Hosted by the Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA) the workshop features BAPA’s business resource partners, Carol Collum, South Region SCORE Advisor, and David Johnson, Loan Officer, Accion Chicago presenting information on topics that include how to write a business plan, how to create realistic projections, and hoe to access capital to get your business off the ground.

Geranium Guild Offers Floral Services
Steve English and Ryan Steinbach, Beverly/Morgan Park residents and former owners of The Blossom Boys florist and fair trade gift shop, are now providing floral design services and consultations for weddings, corporate events and private residential parties as The Geranium Guild.
