About the Back Country Boys

The Back Country Boys started as a high school jam group and have grown into one of the most sought-after country bands in the region. Known for their energetic performances and a blend of country and rock covers, along with original songs, they have captivated audiences across Florida and the United States. The three founding members include Michael Joyce on guitar and vocals, Brayden Reites on drums, and Colton Pointz on piano. Matthew Byrn and Brendan McCormack switch off live bass performances. The band is currently working on their debut album, set to release in summer 2024.

The band’s summer tour includes performances in Florida, New Jersey, and Illinois. They will be playing at the Barefoot Country Music Festival in New Jersey from June 20th to 23rd. This festival will feature over 40 acts, including headline performances from Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, Keith Urban, The Beach Boys, and more.
