In keeping with it's goal of promoting stable racial diversity in Beverly Hills/Morgan Park, BAPA continually strives to attract home buyers of all backgrounds to the neighborhood, through it's marketing, communication,special events, community organizing, and property preservation efforts.

BAPA acts as the "welcome wagon" for new residents, keeping track of home sales and sending welcome packets to every new homebuyer with information about neighborhood events, schools, businesses and civic associations.  Each year, new homebuyers are surveyed and BAPA uses the information gathered to promote the neighborhood and inform current residents about the local housing market.

BAPA is the go-to place for information about historic preservation, incentive programs and assistance programs offered by the city.

Through it's property preservation efforts, BAPA is proactive in addressing housing issues that affect individual blocks and the community as a whole.
