BAPA Event Sponsorship


	Your sponsorship is extremely important to the success of our Beverly Area Planning Association events and the promotion of our community. As a sponsor, you might expect to increase your exposure to users of your services and products, meet new customers, expand your reach beyond our community, gain loyal customers because of your involvement in the community, and perhaps even, showcase your products and services. We help you reap the benefits through our promotional materials which include print materials, posters and advertising, press releases, promotions at www.bapa.org, and signage at the events. You can participate by becoming a sponsor for one or more of our special events in 2010. Each sponsorship level offers its own entitlements q 40^th ANNUAL HOME TOUR – Sunday, May 16 Sponsorship levels range from $500 to $4,000 q 33^rd ANNUAL RIDGE RUN – Monday, May 31 Sponsorship levels range from $500 to $15,000 q 8^th ANNUAL BEVERLY HILLS CYCLING CLASSIC – Friday, July 9 Sponsorship levels range from $250 to $12,000 q MUSIC UNDER THE STARS – Sunday, August 1 Sponsorship levels range from $250 to $3,000 q HISTORY MYSTERY – October, 2010 Sponsorship levels range from $100 to $3,000 If you would like more information or are interested in sponsoring a BAPA event you can contact Kathleen Riordan, sponsorship coordinator, at (773)233-3100 or by e-mail at kriordan@bapa.org
