BAPA's Housing Services include a Real Estate Agent Referral Program which provides referrals to neighborhood real estate specialists who agree not to use For Sale signs or solicit in the community.

BAPA also keeps track of home sales in Beverly Hills/Morgan Park, and welcomes all new home buyers with packets of information about civic groups, events, schools, shops and other amenities.
