Council of Delegates
The Council of Delegates is the main governing body of the Beverly Area Planning Association.
The Council is made up of three groups:

1) representatives from each homeowner’s association, the Community of Churches and the two business associations

2) at-large members from the community

3) members of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Director is a non-voting member of the Council of Delegates.The president of the Executive Committee is also the president of the Council of Delegates. The Council sets policy for the association, elects candidates for at-large and Executive Committee positions and reviews financial data. The Council meets once each quarter with a special meeting in January for training and swearing in of new members.
